Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Eurocard and Delta. Payments taken over the telephone to Baroque The Shop (home of bkidz) Payment by cheque or postal order, please make them payable to 'bkidz'. All cheques must be drawn on UK banks. You will receive a confirmatory invoice by email once your order has been placed. Invoice numbers must be written on the back of your cheque. Please send payment with invoice number to Baroque, 22 High Street, Little Walsingham, Norfolk, NR22 6AA. We will normally allow 72 hours for receipt of your cheque, although we would probably give you a courtesy call to make sure the cheque has been posted to us.[back to the top]

Delivery:

With all UK orders we aim to dispatch the goods within 2 working days of receipt of your order if paying by credit card, or cleared payment if paying by cheque or postal order. Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail and is free within mainland UK. We endeavour to get the goods to you swiftly but, please allow 7 working days for delivery if paying by credit card, or 14 working days if paying by cheque or postal order. [back to the top]

Returns:

In the event of any product having to be returned, authorisation must first be obtained by contacting us. If the clothes do not fit and you wish to return them they must be in shop condition with the labels still on. In the unlikey event of the clothes being faulty you can return them for either an exchange or refund. Postage will be refunded on goods returned because of faults. Please be aware that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we advise that you get a proof of postage certificate before sending. [ back to the top]

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers can be bought either on-line or from the shop. These can be redeemed against purchases made on the web site or in the shop. Only one voucher can be used at a time or per visit to the web site. The voucher can only be used when the value of the voucher does not exceed the value of the item being purchased. Privacy Policy:

Due to the approach we are taking to buying from bkidz, we do not ask you to submit any sensitive details for submission across the internet. We do not store any personal information about you or retrieve any such information from your computer. The site does use a technology known as 'sessions', simiilar to cookies. This stores information about the content of your shopping basket as you browse the site and as such, has to reside on your hard drive. Complaints:
