I accept payment via the website with Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Eurocard and Delta.
Delivery:
With all UK orders I aim to dispatch the goods on the day of order. Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail second class post and free within mainland UK. I endeavour to get the goods to you swiftly, but please allow 7 working days for delivery.
Returns:
In the event of any product having to be returned, authorisation must first be obtained by contacting me. If the clothes do not fit and you wish to return them they must be in shop condition with the labels still on. In the unlikey event of the clothes being faulty you can return them for either an exchange or refund. Postage will be refunded on goods returned because of faults. Please be aware that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches me, I advise that you get a proof of postage certificate before sending.
Privacy Policy:
Due to the approach I am taking to buying from bkidz, I do not ask you to submit any sensitive details for submission across the internet. I do not store any personal information about you or retrieve any such information from your computer. The site does use a technology known as 'sessions', simiilar to cookies. This stores information about the content of your shopping basket as you browse the site and as such, has to reside on your hard drive. This information is deleted, when you have finished browsing.
Complaints:
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with any of the services, please let me know as soon as possible. I know that complaining can be difficult, so I hope to make it stress free. While colour photography and printing are as accurate as possible, slight variations from the origional may occur due to differences in monitor types.
